How can I record from digital television to my VCR?

I just got a new converter box for the new DTV switch in Feb. However, my VCR still picks up antenna stations. What do I do to pick up the DTV stations on my VCR rather than my regular antenna?
My converter box is hooked up so I can see it on video1, my VCR has to record off of my antenna signal using channel 3 how can I change this so I am able to record the digital television stations?
