how can I reactivate the games that have been disabled on my PSP GO?

Here recently I haven't been able to add any funds to my PSN account wallet so I decided to ask for my little brother's help back home in the states. I had him log onto his PSN account and use my card to download Arc the Lad 2 on his account, then send me his account info so that I could download it (since he couldn't log on as me, since I've already logged onto 5 playstation systems). Well, everything went well...he was able to buy the game and download it, and I went and downloaded the game onto my computer. But when I tried to copy the game from my computer to my PSP GO a message popped up saying something along the lines of "The game didn't belong to the account I was using" or something like that. Like a fool, I clicked okay to download anyways...but now that I've downloaded Arc the lad 2 which was from my brothers account, all the games that I had downloaded from mine are all saying that "This content cannont be accessed on your account". So now I can't play any of my old games, and all the saves that go with them are attached to the games themselves, so even if I tried to copy the save file, the game would have to be coppied too, which then I'd still get the same error message as before. So my question is, how can I reactivate the games that have been disabled on my PSP GO?
