I dont play that one so i can only say:
1. if it has an installer. meaning you have to install it then install it to the flash drive. Windows may warn that this location might not always be available but you can install anyway. then just make sure you have the flash drive plugged in at the time youre starting it up....
2. if you dont have to install an you just run it then copy the visual boy folder over to the flash drive. then you can make a short cut to it on the desttop to start it.,...
