I want to try to gain at least 10 pounds of muscle by the end of summer, as I am 5 10 and am 124 pounds, and will be a freshman in high school this year. Anyone have any tips for getting more meat on me, like foods I can eat, and excercises I can do? Thank you

Well the goal is in the summer, but i am willing to work my ass off so I am strong enough to make basketball and baseball, and i could work out furing the fall
