How can I put my HTML on the internet without using somebody's "sub-domain"?

This is a college thing and I need help before midnight tonight.
Please no inappropriate answers like "IDK", because that is NOT informative.
I also cannot afford to purchase any domain name.
And make sure that it is perfectly legit, please.
I've Googled it and all the sites I went to gave me a bunch of.
They did not work because they messed with my frames by sticking their own frame source tags in it.
