How can I push myself in the gym? What will help me?Tips?

I have been trying sooo hard, I have changed my eating lifestyle, I workout almost every day. My bmi has gone fron 27 to 20 in 2 months. However, I dont see any results at all! I am trying to burn fat. Should I do more cardio to burn fat and cellulite in hamstrings?
Besides that how can I push myself in the gym to work harder because I knowww i can, I just give up after a while. mind over matter, i know but sometimes its easier said than done. Any tips?
