...from tracking number)? November 26th, I sold someone my cell phone on Ebay, I sent them an email with the tracking number and never heard back. All of a sudden, today, (2 months later), I get an email from paypal stating that the buyer requested a charge back because of unauthorized use of his card (by me-supposedly)..something like that. But it asked me to provide evidence that I shipped the item. I provided the tracking number from USPS (the one i sent the buyer in the email). But, for the heck of it, i went to usps.com and entered the tracking number, and it says there is no record of that item, that i must've entered it wrong. i lost the reciept a long time ago, so if that tracking number is the only thing paypal is basing this on, im out 300$
what can i do? what other proof can i show?
