J jess. New member Nov 6, 2010 #1 We are planning a trip to either the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone in May or June and I want to start preparing physically now. I'm not so out of shape but I'm definitely not ready for 15 miles or so. I have a treadmill as well. What can I do?
