It's basically a form that I want to Use to update message box on my index page. It just has a single text box and a submit button. I would prefer to use pup

It's impossible to do that due to a number of problems.

One, we don't know what form you want, what you named each field, how complex the form is, etc.

Two, we don't know how your database is set up, what each field is called, if you are even storing everything, etc.

Three, well, that's actually about it, but without all that there is nothing we can do.
