How can I play zoo tycoon in a separate window?

I want my zoo tycoon game to be running while I do other things on the computer, however the game is always in full screen. The only thing I can think of, is "ctrl, alt, del" then running "task manager" this seems to get me off the game while keeping it stored at the bottom, however I don't want to do this every time I flick between the windows. Anyone know how I can solve this?

Try pressing Alt+Enter while running the game, should work.
