I have bought and downloaded 2 music videos from itunes and i have put them on my nokia n97 phone. The only problem is when i try to play them a message pops up saying "unable to play either sound or video clip. Try to play partially." and then the screen goes black and the sound clip plays while no video pops up. 
I would very much apreciate it if anyone could please help me make the music videos work. Maybe you know a music video converter or something?
