How can I play an decrypted dvd on windows media player on a vista?

I used dvd videosoft dvd encrypter, and i decrypted a dvd it showed various BUP files, IFO files, and VOB files. When i tell it to play any of the single files, it wont, why? I want the whole movie to be able to be played and it wont. Do i need to murge the files of something, or did it decrypt it wrong? thx
Windows media player says this player is imcompatable with the region marking of this disk
