How can I play a multi-disc game with source files burnt onto a DVD?

My friend made me a copy of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and it originally came with 3 CDs. He copied the contents of Disc 1 into the root of the DVD and the contents of Discs 2 and 3 in seperate folders (corresponding to each disc). How can I play the game (install Disc 1 and make it so whenever it tells me to insert Disc 2 it is able to read from the Disc 2 folder)?

Could I copy the contents of Discs 2 and 3 onto my hard drive, mount a disc image of Disc 2 in Nero and load that?

Could somebody help me with this? Thanks.
