How can I place myself in a photo with a celebrity (Robert Deniro)?

I want to make a funny photo that actually looks real where I am in a photo with Robert DeNiro, is there some kind of website that does this? I have photoshop and all those good programs also? Thanks.
 
I like using Paint Shop Pro by Corel. It's easy to use, it's inexpensive and it has most of the features on Photo Shop.
 
Cutting and pasting in photoshop. But photoshop is not just a simple "push this button" tool. It is more like a paintbrush that you much learn to use. So here is the link to help. Watch and learn.

Just doing it is NOT difficult. But doing it so it looks natural is HARD.
