C cellphonesgb Guest Jul 16, 2010 #2 Go into the Menu, then Settings. The first tab, about 3/4 of the way down, you should see "Master Reset". If that doesn't work, then use the Sony Updater software and reload the firmware. That'll wipe it clean too.
