...mobile from gulf(qatar)? my lvl is 70 now and i really wanna experience the member world, i dont hav any credit card or such for my self to become a member there fore i hear even those not living in the US can use the mobile type of payment.May i pls no how is that possible tho i do know that it is thru some site, but all sites r only offering for us resisdents =(
