My IELTS score was 5.5 after that I finished the iBT TOEFL with a score of 74. The subject GRE score is 540 (chemistry).I obtained my master degree in 2008 and my research article was published in a reputable scientific magazine. I'm living in Egypt and I'm a Ph.D. student in the Bioorganic chemistry. Do you think that my qualifications are not enough to obtain a scholarship?
