how can i move the ringtones from my iphone to the pc?

i download ringtones and apps to my iphone directly frome cydia and now i want them on my pc help my with this cuz itunes 9 can only download stuffs from pc to iphone ..
and i also i cant sycn ringtones by itunes what is the wrong
help me people...
