I'm moving to a new town and the only thing left to move is my 1989 Jeep Wrangler. It doesn't run, probably won't even turn over. AAA won't tow it, it's not worth paying hundreds of dollars for a tow service and I couldn't possibly get it onto a rented trailer (like from Uhaul) by myself. Also, there's no way I could find someone to buy it in the next week and it's worth more to me than I'd get for scrap. Any ideas?

Uhaul has those dollies that you could use. If the car won't roll up onto it you could lift the vehicle with a jack, slip the dolly under the wheels and then you set. That is about the only option if you don't want to pay to have it towed by a tow service.

I can't believe AAA won't put it on a flat bed , it's not supposed to be towed at all.... Locate a Jeep Club online quickly and tell them your delema... You or they can contact another off - road club in the area your moving to.... Someone from one of these clubs should be willing to help you move it ... Once there they may also be able to help you get it going again or at least advise you .... You may even be able to keep it at a members house untill you can come back for it .... I'm located in the northeast , let me know if there's anyway i can help ... We have plenty of friends from many clubs out there ..... Good luck if i don't hear from you......

A. Put it on a trailer and pull it behind your working vehichle.
B. Hitch it to your working vehichle and pull it directly.
C. Hire a moving service to move it for you.

Hope I was helpful.
