I'm sixteen years old and weigh 105 pounds. I want to start exercising so I can increase my appetite and therefore gain muscles and improve my health.I am very lazy but also get tired easily because I am anemic. I know I have to start moving around more because it's not healthy for me to not exercise. How can I motivate myself to exercise? I don't like sports. Running on the treadmill is very boring. Can you give me tips on how I can start enjoying exercise and how much and what kind of exercise I should do everyday, once a week etc. How should I start? I don't want to exhaust myself from the beginning and loose my motivation. I hate sport but I enjoyed doing taekwondo for a year. Unfortunately my parents can't afford classes for me anymore and that was about four years ago. So any tips or feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!
