How can I motivate myself to exercise if I'm just TOO LAZY?

I used to be in really good shape in high school because I ran cross-country and track with my high school team. It was easy to stay in shape because I had my teammates running with me and my coach yelling at me.

But now, in college, I still run every now and then...but not consistently.
Unfortunately, I'm starting to get kinda chubby cuz I've been so lazy.

It's weird too because I eat pretty healthy (I'm vegan).
But still I'm getting kinda flabby.

What should I do? I want to exercise, but I just don't feel like it... I feel like taking a nap instead. XP
