firstly how do u know its male,and parrots have mates they dont just have sex like dogs or cats ,so u will have to get another bird to go with him,they bond first if you are lucky this could take quite a while, then they have to have the correct size nest box for the hen to lay her eggs,while she is on the eggs the male will feed her,and when the eggs hatch he will help feed the babies so as you can see you need two and they need to be together all the time,i have parrots and one of the is a indian ring neck i have 22 african greys as well,i hope this helps in some way
