How can I manipulate a photo to make it look like a Lomography camera took it?

I'm a big fan of the Lomographic Society's HOLGA and DIANA camera, and I really want to get similar looking results on photoshop through means of photo manipulation. I don't want to spend money on a Lomo camera, nor do i want to buy any new lenses. Please send me accurate details as to how I can do this, and websites with tutorials are a plus.

The really cool thing about LOMO cameras are the inconsistent way that certain things happen.

* light leaks
* scratches on the base or emulsion of the film from time to time
* slightly over or under exposed negatives

And of course the consistent vignetting when using 120 film.

While you can vignette and simulate over and underexposure in your images in post production, trying to simulate the white and black scratches and light leaks becomes problematic.
