hey there
im using MS-Paint to crop a photograph to about 1/4 or 1/5 of its original size. the problem is that when i paste the wanted part of the file on to a new paint template the cropped pic is tiny and only takes up a small portion of the template (that plain white rectangle that a new file is on).
when i use ctl w - it says that its resizing the pic but the actual frame is the same size and too small to use to what i need it for.
any help?
ps i dont have any other editing programmes
