How can I make sure that Vonage calls on my iphone 3G use WiFi and not ATT network?

I have Vonage mobile for outgoing calls on my iphone. I want to save my cell phone minutes by routing Vonage calls through WiFi, instead of ATT network. But I dont want to turn off ATT network (airplane mode) because then I wont get any incoming calls. How do I make sure Vonage uses WiFi?

Also, I'll be travelling internationally. I can make calls using Vonage thru WiFi on my iphone and not get charged by ATT for international roaming, right?
