how can i make people nude with photoshop?

i have permision from the girl im her boyfriend but i dont want to coppie and paste it i want to do it with the original imige and i cant get the methond to work the one where you use the history brush then you use the hue brush and all of that or could someone do it for me if i gave you the pic ty in advance
 
yup the xray filter is available on cs4,

for real though, sounds like your a PS noob, so to up your chops, do some tutorials like from good-tutorials.com
 
sure you can give me the pic but also just look on google called how to xray on photoshop or just send me the pics and ill get it to you as soon as possible

some people are dumb on here saying its not possible. it is if she is wearing a white or black shirt it is possible and its called xraying.
