How can I make my voice more powerful and get higher notes?

See there are generally 2 types of voices: perfect pitch voices like Celine Dion's and soulfull, powerful voices like Christina Aguilera's.
I have a perfect pitch voice, but I don't like it. It's too simple and it has no power. How can I make it more powerful and also how can I make higher notes?
