How can I make my teachers proud of me?

Its great when teachers are proud of you and sometimes I even get awards. So I'm wondering how I can make my teachers proud of me without being the teacher's pet or anything.

I am 13 years old and I am male by the way.

First of all - it's good to hear that you care about your teacher. It shows your sincerity and dedication, repsect for teacher and studies.

You don't really need to do anything special. Just keep on working really hard - yeah! I mean it. There is just ONE proven method to achieve MAXIMUM POSSIBLE success if you follow it strictly. It is - ''always think that something is the first time you are going to do and it will be the last time you will do and you wont get any further chances''.

If you keep the above in mind, the success is all yours. Another most important thing is being down to earth and respectful in all circumstances. Even if you are not performing too well but you are decent and have strong character which I am sure you have then you will be loved by all and everyone will be proud of you.
