How can I make my Laptop's Bluetooth work?

I have 2 laptops.
One of them has a working bluetooth, and the others' is causing problems. I can't make them recognize each other.

The switch on the device is on, but when i try to configure some settings, it begins the installation of a driver. However this isn't completed either, cause it says "please plug in the bluetooth device"...? WTF? It's already built in!

I need to transfer files between the two (a littte above 5gb), one of them doesn't have a CD ROM, so this makes Bluetooth my only option. I'm in desperate need of help, thanks in advance.
 
some laptops like mine have the option for bluetooth, as well as the button with the little bluetooth logo on it, but DONT actually have the bluetooth part in them. I m pretty sure your laptop doesnt have it. Try transfering through a sd that should fit your game ;)
