Starting today for some reason every time I try and start my car I put the key in and it won't turn. I can then spend anywhere from 5-15 minutes turning my wheel and jiggling my key trying to get it to start, but once I turn off my car and remove the key it happens all over again. I've had this happen before but it was always because I had my wheels turned when I parked and turned off my car, now its happening every time I try starting my car.
I need some sort of means of fixing this problem because I really don't want to have to start hot wiring my car, but I don't have the money to take it to a mechanic.
