ok, im a 13 year old female basketball. my body type is slim/slender.. im very skinny. i have muscles but their small.. i want to get more muscular in my legs and arms.. mostly my arms. i have big calf muscles. but i want to know what i can eat and drink to make myself gain muscles faster. and i also wanna know what excersizes i can do to buff up soon.. 10 pts best answer. thx
