How can i make my 97 Honda prelude Auto faster off the line?

with my foot flat to the floor it just crawls off the line until it reaches 3000/rpm and then its takes off brilliantly. School buses beat me across intersections at the lights with my foot flat to the floor. I have installed a K&N air filter, high flow CAT converter and sport muffler thinking it was deprived of breathing space, but it's still no better. Any ideas?
 
you should install some of the following things: Headers, Cold Air Intake, Intake Manifold, Cat-Back Exaust, or even a turbo. Installing some, or all of these things can increase your HP dramatically.
