hi octane gasoline would be a waste of money -- higher octane gasoline is less volatile, not more powerful, than lower.
two things you can do:
1. Lighten the load...jettison the spare tire, the back seat, the stereo speakers, the bling hanging from the rear-view...everything you can think of. Do you really need that carpet?
