Hi, so as a college student, I don't really work out that much because of studies... but I know that it's just my excuse because during my winter break I do not work out just lounge at home all day. I was wondering once i start school again ( in a few days) how can I keep going to the gym. I am part of 24 hour and I love working out only when I been doing it for a few days but its just the lack of motivation that I start procrastinating and I never end up going to the gym. If I do, I'll be super dedicated for about the first 2 weeks and then if I miss a day, I never go back to it. Thanks so much!
