How can I make a website to advertise my business?

Ok, so my cousin is breeding dogs for a living now except he needs to advertise himself. He has some beautiful boxers that he really loves and I want to help him out with this so, I was wondering I there was some website that would let me build my own website that could help him sell better. He wants something where he can put his pictures and a description of his pups. I don't know if something like myspace would work since it lets you introduce yourself but he wants something more personalized and professional looking. I would advertise the website with the local paper since he wants to keep it close(wants to meet the new owners cuz he loves the pups). Anywhoo no mypets and such big sites are not acceptable because I'm kind of a kid and really low on cash.
 
Goodle just introduced a new app. called Google sites. Its all free!!!! just Google...( Google sites ) to get the info. Hope this helps...good luck you can build and post ur site all for free!!!!
