How can i make a high(or atlest good) quality Video with Xbox 360??

how do i make a high quality video with 360.

all i have is a HD Computer Camera(which i tryed video was some what good but colors where a little off and sound was bad)

i have alright tv notthing good(i'm getting better one l8r)

and i conneted my 360 to my windows media center

so plz help
