How can I make a game run on Android?

Ok, so I have to make an Android phone game for a competition that will run on the 1.6 software version or higher. I can make it on a computer, but if someone knows how to make it play on an Android phone, please tell me, if it works I will list you in the game credits. Please answer... I really need this...
