how can i make a flash portfolio? (link added)?

i want to make a photography portfolio with flash so i can email it.

the above link is an amazing wedsite.
i want to make something like that but not to put it up as a webpage more like one of those flash games that we can download.

i want it portable so when i go in to showcase my works. its interactive and looks nice. like the link.
