how can i make a automatic steering colmn work with a 92 chevy pickup manual stick...

...shift and make it work ? I have a manual steering colmn i took out of my 92 chevy pickup and replaced it with a auto one and want to keep my stick shift in it what all do i need to bypass or do to make this work for my truck ?
 
Since you bought the power steering colum, you will also need to buy the "Rack and Pinion" which goes with it. The Rack and Pinion (I think it is called, may be called something else, thats what it is called on older vehicles), that is what the power steering hoses go into. Make sure you have about the same year truck or it may not work. Then of course you will need to get the steering pump and add it on your engine and belt also.
