How can I lose weight without all the accessive exercising?

My diet yo-yo's constantly and I am so sick of it. I go from a size 7 to a size 10 in a matter of months. I lose weight fast and gain it fast. I have used diet pills before but they never really worked. Right now I'm at 160lbs. How can I lose 30 pounds quicky but not too fast where I end up having more stretch marks? Plus after havin a child I have that little "baby bag" area on my tummy I can never seem to get rid of. What can I do to tone my body in the right places? And if there is a "good" diet pill what should I use and what should I stay away from? Please help, I'd appreciate it and please: nothing sarcastic. Thank you.
