During the summer, its so tempting to eat lots of food, especially since you dont have much to do but go out with your friends and watch all the tv you want!
since i dont want to gain weight, but rather i lose more, what would be a good exercise?
we have a stationary bike here at home. if i use it, would it be any help?
i want to be really skinnier this summer, im not really overweight or something, i just dont want people to tell me i got fatter over the break. btw, im petite, around 5'1.

how long should i bike and when is the best time? before breakfast or after breakfast? how fast can i see the results if i do so regularly?
