Today I went to Starbuck with my mom and I asked her, jokingly, for some marble cake. She told me that my cardigan was already screaming for relief. My mom usually doesn't say stuff like this to me and it hurst SOO BAD. She is pretty much the same size as me so I dont understand why she would say something like that. I am 180, but I'm really short, like 5 footish. I really NEED to lose some weight because I'm tired of hating myself.
How can I lose weight and boost self confidence?
