HOW CAN I LOOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT EXERCISING AND PILLS?

I really don't have time for exercising! And i really don't like taking pills....
What could you guys offer me????? What should i do!!!! im only 16 and im 70KG.
Should i eat less or should i eat 1 pacific thing for like 2 weeks??? Please Help!!!!
