How can I look "groomed" at all times?

Some girls just seem to look amazing all the time - I always feel I look trampy lol, mainly because I don't seem to have enough *time* to put all my effort into looking good!!

So, I have my nails done (acrylics) and I've gone blonde (I find even messy it looks tidyer than my natural black) but how can I dress well?! Smart but not untidy, clean cut nd mature but not like I work in an office?!!

Any ideas/tips?

Wash your face often to avoid any dirt and grease on your face.
Redo your makeup with touchups but not the whole thing..then it will look too overdone..

Don't touch your face it will just add more grease and then look untidy.
Make sure all your clothes are washed...and everything fits right.
The fit of clothes will do wonders for anybody!
The better the clothes fit...(not to tight not to loose) the more tidier and smart its going to look.
