How can I lock the screen so it's not flipping on my blackberry storm?

For example when I have it horizontal, the screens turns horizontal and when I move it vertical it doesn't want to move back to vertical position. How do i lock it so it doesn't move even though I move it?
I got it unlocked for $90 shipped, so unless you can help me out...
