I've been overhauling my eating regimen for two years. It's been good so far, up until late last year.
See, I live with my family, all of whom don't care too much for their health and one of whom has serious health problems. Frankly, I don't care what they shove down their throat. On the other hand, I feel very "isolated," in the sense that I'm the only one who (tries) eating healthy.
It's been so bad that I skip meals or even avoid coming home, just because I don't wanna be around them.
They absolutely don't get it! For example, I'd rather eat fresh fruits than fruit juices and try avoiding fast food and processed meats. I don't know what to do.
