How can I listen to sound on my sanyo juno Phone?

I bot a phone from the boost mobile company and it dosn't play sound or play any videos when i go on the internet. Could someone please tell me how to play sound on my phone the only thing that i can do on my phone with internet is just look at pictures so some one please tell me how to play sound on my phone and also videos.
