I have a lean muscular body, not as big as I want. I've started weight lifting and eating more, like chicken breast, whey protein, nuts, etc.
But I'm not sure if this is canceled out by my sports.
I do Dragon Boating, which is like a 20 man canoe where you paddle with your whole body, legs to push, back rotating and arms as levers...It requires intense strength and endurance, I know this will probably give me a strong, but lean and tone figure, like right now. I've been in the sport for about a year and a half, and only recently tried to get bigger. We practice for about 3 hours, 5-15 minute training with breaks in between. We do both endurance pieces, which are still demanding on strength, and sprint pieces.
What should I do? I'm fine with my lean figure, but I want to add a little bit more mass, maybe get up to 150.
