Geez you people are nasty in the morning. I'm not actually having the party myself.a friend is having it at a horse ranch. She is having 32 guests and has to provide a meal and it would just be easier for her to lay it all out and have them help themselves rather than serve them all.
Also to those of you who think you know everything. Buffet does not mean "all you can eat" A buffet is the piece of furniture that a meal in which you help yourself is placed.
