How can i learn to draw?

And i have countless images and ideas in my head that i would love to be able to translate onto paper- unfortunately i can't draw to save my life and i dont think i can really afford lessons.

Do you have any tips for how i could learn to draw?
Is it even possible to learn? Or is it something youre like BORN with?
 
print something similar to what you think and then copy it and add other things. then practicing much and you could draw without using your drawing base
